Over Three Decades of Expertise in Decorative Arts

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I begin with my project?

Answer • We start by meeting with our clients for a no cost consultation to appraise the space in which will be working and to discuss particulars. Any colors, fabrics, carpet or flooring samples can help in the process. We then provide samples for the client’s approval. When a sample is decided upon, we will then submit an estimate. Consultations can be made by calling (305) 773-1856.

  • Is there a cost for the samples?

Answer • Because of the cost to us, we do charge for samples. We provide samples of each finish at a cost of $50 per sample. Costs of the samples are deducted from the estimate if the decision is made for us to move forward on the project. Samples may vary slight from the finished product due to natural elements such as environment, wall or ceiling textures. However, our goal is to complete a job to perfection. If there is a small adjustment in color or texture necessary, we will gladly make the appropriate corrections.

  • Do I have to do anything to prepare for your arrival when you begin work?

Answer • Please move small items to an area away from the working area. Large furniture or custom draperies may have to be moved by a professional. Small furniture can be moved by our staff at no extra charge.

  • How long will the project take?

Answer • Each job varies according to size, but usually after our initial consultation, we can offer a time estimate due to the scope of the work.

  • What happens if the finish gets damaged after the installation?

Answer • Each client receives a touch up kit and it is very important to keep this kit in a safe place. Our staff can advise you on how to do repairs. If not, we are available to repair any knick, scrape or blemish at a minimal cost. Cost will be determined by the amount of damage and will be estimated before any repairs are done.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

Answer •We do offer discounts to our repeat clients. Our business is about building relationships. Our ultimate goal is to satisfy each client and, of course, ensure that our work is our best advertisement. A recommendation is recognition of a job well done.
